Examinership – Joe Walsh is one of Ireland’s most experienced Examiners, having worked on over 250 examinership cases.

In a historic legal first, Joe was appointed Examiner in Ireland’s first ever Circuit Court examinership in March 2013. Since then Joe has been appointed as Examiner in the High Court and Circuit Court to a broad range of companies operating in various sectors.

Forensic Accounting – Our team also has extensive experience in investigative work as part of litigation support, fraud investigation and liquidation assignments, including proceedings in the High Court and Supreme Court.
